Rick Fromme combined entrepreneurial enthusiasm with an insider's knowledge of the medical industry to co-found MedMasters. Both his drive and perspective have helped provide healthcare professionals with a superior mechanism with which to communicate, network and market their strengths. True to its mission statement, MedMasters has allowed people who hold wide-ranging roles in the healthcare community to achieve their career goals with greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to founding MedMasters, Rick operated a highly successful medical device distributorship. Other milestones in his 12-year career in the medical industry include a key position at a medical device startup company that was later sold to the Ethicon Endo division of Johnson & Johnson. Previously he achieved distinction as a top performer for a division of Medtronic. Also a nine-year veteran of the insurance industry, Rick founded, owned and operated 20 insurance agencies in Florida, Georgia and Texas.

During his decades in business, Rick has been an intense student of the challenges related to hiring the best people, marketing the best products and providing the best care. He is passionate about what he does and is excited about the unique advantages that MedMasters can bring to people who pursue those ideals.

Companies such as AT&T, General Foods, Harris Corporation, Sprint PCS, and the MECLABS Group have retained his services to guide them through the recruitment, acquisition and retention of high-value employees - and he has devoted an entire career to providing people and organizations with resources to build fulfilling careers and lives.

The author of more than 35 books and manuals in the field of human capital, Dr. Coker has also lectured on his approach at Harvard and Moscow State University and currently serves as a faculty member at University of Westminster in England. He has created more than 50 behavioral and survey instruments and holds professional designations as a: Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Master Motivational Trainer, Certified Professional Behavioral, Values, Attributes Analyst, Master Aggression Management Instructor, is Certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, licensed to administer over 250 profiles and has created over 50 behavioral and survey instruments. He has developed more than 50 training programs, and has written more than 35 books and manuals in the field of human capital. He is the past Chair of the President's Council of the National Speaker's Association and his education includes two doctorates and a bachelor's degree.

In addition to his impressive business credentials, Chuck is a 7th degree Grandmaster Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and two-time U.S. Silver Medalist.

Ryan is an established 20-year National executive recruiter with proven performance in both start-up and fortune 500 companies recruiting across the country. Previous to MedMasters Ryan spent 18 years with The Bales Company a 30 year old Executive search firm and rose to the top very quickly as the Executive Vice President of Sales and accomplished The First Interview Recruiter award year after year and the National Cup award.
